Tom is a partner in the firm of Hartsell & Williams, P.A. and has had over 25 years experience specializing in the field of motorsports law. He has represented drivers, owners and sponsors primarily in the NASCAR series and more specifically in its Winston (Nextel) Cup, Busch Grand National, and Craftsman Truck series. He also maintains a general practice involving personal injury, traffic violations, DWI, wills, real property and contract law.
