Driving While Impaired charges can be very intimidating to experience and resolve. The attorneys at Hartsell & Williams, P.A. have been highly successful in assisting clients through this difficult maze. At the time you are charged, you may lose your license for at least thirty days. After ten days, you may be eligible to obtain a Pre-Trial Limited Driving Privilege for work, education and home related purposes. You will need to get an alcohol assessment, proof of insurance, a letter outlining the hours you work from your employer unless you are self employed and a copy of your driving record. Our experience eases the stress and worry associated with these first hurdles.
Our next step is to review with you the facts and circumstances as it relates to your case. This allows you to understand what is required of the State and what you can reasonably expect. Our interview will provide you with the possible issues and defenses associated with your case. We understand that each case is unique and may raise new issues that need to be further investigated.
